  How hard is it to make sandwiches?
  
  I walked up to the counter around 1 on a not particularly busy day. I ordered. The gentleman behind the counter asks me all the details and goes to (I thought) get started on my sandwich. A couple minutes later, a female employee walks up, and re-takes my entire order again. I ordered the chicken pesto. When it came out the other side of the oven, it had no chicken on it. The other employee apologizes, but instead of re-making the sandwich, just brings the chicken from the little water warmer they put it in, and puts it directly on the sandwich without sending it through the oven. I try the chicken, and it's lukewarm. I ask them to please re-make the sandwich, but instead they just send it through the oven again, coming out burnt on the other side. They still try to serve it to me burnt. I asked for my money back and left.
  
  I understand they aren't getting geniuses to work a Quiznos, but this is ridiculous.

  Always visit during weekdays usually between 1130-1200, great service great food. Portions sizes put subways to shame.

  I go here often so when i got the sandwich of the day i was surprised when i didn't want regular mayo but chilpolte mayo instead i couldn't it would change the sandwich???? The sandwich was the same it shouldn't mahe a difference mayo, no mayo, mustard instead. I go there at least twice a week.I was told i would have to pay more for chilpolte mayo. That just pissed me off.., WTF..SO WHEN YOU HAVE A GOOD REPEAT CUSTOMER THAT ENJOYS THE FOOD DON'T RUN THEM OFF BECAUSE OF STUPID STUFF. FOLLOW UP ☆☆☆ I guess this is company policy. If you order the sub of the day you cant change the condiment . It comes with mayo you can't change it .you can leave it off but not change it. I was told its more money to leave off mayo for chilpolte mayo. I still,think its stupid. I but the chips and drink with it , how much money are they loosing...i dont go as often as i use to. They knew what i wanted before i ordered .They are loosing about 36.00 to 42.00 a month because of this . I still go but now only once a month. Tell me again how much more chilpolte mayo cost. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
